The My Love Clock website offers a service that allows couples to create a personalized page by filling out a form with their names, relationship start date, a special message, a song choice, and up to 6 photos. Once the form is completed, the couple is directed to the payment stage, and upon confirmation, they receive a link with a QR Code sent via email.

To use our services, it is necessary to provide a valid email address. We are committed to not sharing your email with third parties.

We respect your privacy. Your data will not be processed or sold to third parties. The email provided will be used exclusively to send the link to the personalized page.

You are fully responsible for the content entered on the platform, including photos, messages, and information related to the relationship. We do not assume responsibility for inappropriate or illegal content uploaded by users.

Payments are processed through Cartpanda or Paypal. After payment confirmation, you will receive a link to access the personalized page via email. Refunds are not offered except under exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion.

We are committed to keeping the service available for the stipulated period, according to the selected plan (1 year for the basic plan or lifetime access for the advanced plan). However, under extraordinary circumstances, such as technical issues, legal requirements, or financial challenges, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service. In the event of discontinuation, we will notify users in advance and seek to provide viable alternatives whenever possible. The site is not liable for losses resulting from changes or interruptions under extraordinary circumstances but will strive to minimize impacts.

We will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the platform.

We may update the Terms of Use periodically. When this occurs, the 'last updated' date will be modified at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Use regularly to stay informed about possible changes.
